Services
Birth Doula
Support throughout pregnancy and childbirth including:
- Access to my ever-growing information library
- Prenatal meetings to discuss your birth plan, how your partner can support you, and reduce fear surrounding childbirth.
- Constant support during labor and childbirth.
Postpartum Doula
Support during the postpartum period including:
- Household needs such as organization, light cleaning, meal planning and prep.
- Physical and emotional support by discussing the birth, massage, allowing parents to rest
- Newborn support through bottle/breastfeeding counseling, infant care, safe sleep information, etc.
